Exhibitor tables were in the Meridian Ballroom Foyer from 7:30 a.m., Thursday, June 12 through 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 14.
One of the features throughout this conference is an exhibit area on display at The Commons Hotel near the meeting rooms. We expect over 400 people to attend the program, so exhibitors will have exposure to a large group of faculty and program administrators. Exhibitors will be featured on the conference website. Exhibitors will begin setting up at 7:00 a.m., Thursday, June 12, 2014. Pre-conference workshops begin at 8:30 a.m.
Exhibitors will take down their exhibits at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014, at the conclusion of the conference. Access to power and hotel wireless is included. Exhibitors are responsible for set-up and tear-down, providing their own signage, and monitoring their exhibit during conference hours.
Exhibitor Registration Rates
$265 – Exhibitor Package (includes one 6' table and one three-day conference registration.)
$115 – Exhibit Table Only (includes one 6' table. Conference registration not included. Register separately to attend the conference.)
$65 – Additional Exhibit Table (includes one 6' table. Conference registration not included. Register separately to attend the conference.)
Exhibitor space is not reserved until payment is received. Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
Exhibit materials may be shipped one or two days in advance of the conference to The Commons Hotel. Prior arrangements must be made with the hotel by contacting Lacy Hinson, 612-379-8888.
Program advertisements featured in the conference final program booklet may be in black and white or one color, and must be forwarded in .pdf format with 5.5" x 8.5" trim and usable page size 7.5" x 10".
Formatted copy must be submitted to Ashley Knudson, cceconf2@umn.edu, 612-624-4754 by May 5, 2014, in order to be placed in the final program.
Program Advertisement Rates
$100 – Full-size ad page, one color/black and white only
$60 – Half-size ad page, one color/black and white only
Registration and payment must be received by May 5, 2014, in order to secure your place in the final program. Program advertisement fees are non-refundable.
