Speaking of Writing: A Digital Resource for Writing in the Disciplines

A project funded by the Council of Writing Program Administrators

This video, presented with the permission of the Council of Writing Program Administrators, presents interviews with faculty members about the use of writing in courses at North Carolina State University. The faculty members are drawn from the departments of biology, psychology, food science, accounting, history, and art & design.

Credits

The DVD, released in 2009, features interviews with Betty Black (Biology), Jeff Braden (Psychology), Brian Farkas (Food Science, John Giles (Accounting), Kathleen Rieder (Art & Design), and Rich Slatta (History). It was produced by Chris Anson, Susan Miller-Cochran, Matt Porter, and David Rieder. It was directed by Stacey Cochran and coordinated by David Gruber. 

The DVD digitized and the closed captions edited by Mike Palmquist.
