Submission Guidelines

Series Editor: Mike Palmquist, Colorado State University

The Landmark Publications in Writing Studies book series invites submissions that meet the mission of the series: to forge connections between earlier publications and current teaching and scholarship by making available previously published books that have made a significant impact on theory and/or practice in writing studies. The goal of the series is to benefit teachers and scholars through the preservation of resources in an open and accessible format. Generally, books published in the series are no longer available in print or digital formats and the copyright has reverted to the books' authors or editors. In some cases, books have been made available with the permission of their publishers.

Submissions to the series will be reviewed with the mission of the series in mind. That review process will follow the WAC Clearinghouse peer review processes. Our review processes are informed by the Clearinghouse invitation to contribute scholarly work, its statement on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, and its statement on publication ethics.
