This has been a pretty interesting thread, one of those discussions I wish
had been going on when I was trying to explain postmodernism in a class I
taught a couple years ago.

I guess to me, postmodernism is a lot like rhetoric: a key term we all
refer to but which is pretty hard to define.

I guess it's a bit like pornography in that "I can't define it, but I know
when I see it" kind of way too...
