I thought I had invented it myself, but have heard it used several times by other people.

Comment/analysis:

I like it - refers to web design, things like that and it sounds cool. It reminds me of "wetwork," which is what CIA operatives do. The difference between this and words like "syllaweb" or web-anything is that I don't hear it every day.
