Marcy,
I can smell a grant proposal that invites ARPA (is that the right
acronym?) to be involved. Seems to me Eric, the only way to convince
folks that credit is a corrupt concept is to work on highly visible and
influencial groups, one at a time. A direct pitch to older Americans
could get the ball rolling.
