CompPile, an online bibliography of scholarship in post-secondary composition and rhetoric, is looking for early-career scholars to serve as associate editors as part of the database's editorial team. The bibliography integrates journal articles, review-essays, notes and comments, books, dissertations, ERIC items, and edited collections. It does not systematically cover textbooks, how-to books, conference notices, editor's forwards, or reviews of single works.
As an associate editor, possible projects you might participate in include curating indexing projects, supporting the creation of annotated bibliographies, or providing other assistance. Serving as an associate editor is also likely to offer early-career scholars opportunities for networking, professional service, and research activities, such as grant writing.
